Finally!
I’m so excited to see this show finally come to Netflix. Hannibal was on air from 2013-2015. The three seasons were some of the most beautiful, well done and cinematic shows on regular TV. The storyline is incredible and the acting is top notch. It was shot on an Arri Alexa and the color and film grain look is impeccable. The framing and lighting is so well done, each frame tells a story on its own. The color is rich and moody the gold and green tones are warm but clean.
If you haven’t watched the show take sometime with it. Soak it in and watch it slowly, with your full attention and immerse yourself into the world that is created by the show. Yes, its gory and about a killer that eats people but the cat and mouse chase is just too good.
