A creative director with 18 years of experience, brand development has always been the foundation that leads my creative. I’m also a seasoned graphic designer that has designed everything from 300 page coffee table books to complete brand systems. As a food and lifestyle photographer I’ve had the pleasure to work with some amazing properties and hospitality companies across the country.

• Flinch is not some large agency or a small agency posing as a large one. It’s just one person taking on the world.

• Flinch takes on work from all industries, not just hospitality.

• Joseph has freelanced for 18 years, worked in-house for a hospitality company, was a partner at his own agency and has more than a decade of healthcare marketing. This wide range of experience has shaped what Flinch is today.
