It’s that time again. When the rainbows and creative unicorns come together for one night of togetherness. One night to be inspired, to be led and to network with the areas top talent.

Each year I say I’m gunna speak and a few weeks in we get some awesome speakers and I typically drop out. This year I’m staying in the ring. I’m going to talk about questions. Yup, questions. Engaging in the right conversation, keeping the attention of the person you’re talking to with eye contact and ultimately asking the right questions at the right time leads to better outcomes. I’m going to get into how I meet with clients and ask the right questions to build confidence in what I’m offering, to turn a small project into a larger one and how to get them to say yes to your budget.
